Exceptional, particularly for the mid-range price. The food was outstanding, as was the cleanliness of the room. Above all, the hosts (Margaret and Steve) were an absolute pleasure. As Bill Bryson said of Durham..."Go, take my car!"

This is a fantastic guest house. The hosts are wonderful and the rooms are lovely. The house is set in a lovely working Exmoor village and has a lovely lounge and dining room. It is all really tastefully decorated and just what you want after a long walk or bike ride. What really makes the place special are the hosts. They are really accommodating and the food was absoloutely out of this world ... really really good. If you're going to Exmoor stay here! We've already booked a return visit.
