Dear Sir/Miss, I arrived at the Hard Exchange National Express Coach station during the early hours of friday. I proceeded to the taxi service situated opposite the station and met the lady who was controlling the telephone. She was deeply sympathetic and understanding of my predicament of being so early in a strange but beautiful city.She gave me the telephone number of the accomodation that I stayed at on friday night. I am extremely grateful and appreciative of her immense hospitality. Thanks.
