Saw food review in the Post and sounded quite good so thought would give it a go! nice warm welcome, staff were good and efficient, I ordered the lamb chops off the specials board which was great and the leek mash was delicious! Hubby had lemon sole also on the specials board and again he was pleasantly suprised and loved the taste of it, nice relaxed atmostphere, friendly staff and good real ales. Good value for proper homecooked food not boil in the bag stuff you get in other pubs in the same area! Definately be coming back and telling our friends! give them a go we recommend it.
