I was very dissapointed at not being told on arrival of the amenities this Hotel had. Apparently they had an indoor swimming pool, Solarium and fitness room, all of which i was unaware of. The room was clean and modern. The towel rails do not turn down or off and are red hot to touch. The breakfast was lovely and the staff service was excellent. I think the receptionists both on arrival and leaving could be more infromative and smile more which would have made me feel more welcolme. I was a female on my own. Apart from not having the chance to use the amenities this is a very nice Hotel.

when staying at the hotel we found the team to be very plesent and the room very nice. We were advised there was a wedding that weekend but did find it was difficlut moving around the hotel as it did take over all of the hotel. When we wish to have a drink in the bar there was no other area at all in the hotel to be able to do so or to relax outside out room. We would recommend that there should have at least one area for other residents to make use of should there be a wedding on, as we did feel we were interuping the wedding and did not wish to drink or move around the hotel while we were there. which did lead to us either in our room or out of the hotel altogether.
