Good Points: clean, good facilities, comfy, very co-operative staff
Bad Points: very small point but a better selection of beer in the bar would be much more attractive

Fantastic New Year Stay, Luxury Suites to be recommended. Staff incredibly friendly and efficient. Rooms immaculately clean, entertainment really good. Food is my only complaint as there was too much of it and it was way too rich. However, to complain about having too much food seems a bit mean.
I would recommend the New year and Christmas packages at the Lancaster House Hotel.
