Good Points: your hotel staff were able to get another room as the first one had a television which did not work - bed was very comfortable and I appreciate the £10 reduction as sole occupant on a business budget
Bad Points: decor needs attention, taps were a long time heating up and the radiator was so hot that couldn't touch it
General review: comfortable and comparable to chains stayed in before

Good Points: Generally a comfortable room en suite facilities were adequate and clean.
Bad Points: A little on the small side and a drawer was missing from the bedside table
General Review: Generally the Hotel was comfortable but we arrived on a Wednesday and the Bars were devoid of Carling Lager and Draught Cider and apparently the next delivery would not be until Friday. Additionally the ladies toilet in the public area was flooded and out of use, and the gents in the same area was not clean paper towels were strewn everywhere.
