Good Points: Evening meal was superb.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Bad Points: We didn't feel welcomed!
Toilet seat not attached to the bowl.
Had to ask for tea and coffee for the room (should have been there)
Room quite noisy from people using the pub as they were sitting outside right under our window and it was too warm a night to close it.
Other residents were quite noisy, banging doors etc.
