Good Points: Have stayed in this hotel previously and cannot say enough good about the staff, general area, and price. They can't do enough for you. We were traveling with an 11 year old and they treated him so well. Bad Points: Public areas still need to be refurbished. Very clean but looking a bit tired. General review: Wonderful! Would stay again and again. The staff remembered me from 2 years ago. Amazing value.

No longer part of the Hilton Group, the hotel now trades independently. The facilities remain excellent especially the pool, well equipped gym and spa. Surroudings are beautiful, perfect for walking & enjoying nearby Lyme Park (National Trust deer park & stately home). We upgraded our room since the initial allocation was disappointing but all in all, a superb place to stay.
