booked two rooms on arrival only one had been booked but was offered an alternative. However once in the rooms they were freezing cold bathroom had mildew round it the tap fell off on the sink and also a massive crack in the sink. We arrived about 3.30pm there was no food available and drinks bar was closed.Did not provide cots so had to take a travel cot with us. In the eating area the carpet on the floor looks like it has never been hoovered and disgustingly stained. Prices totally expensive for a hotel that clearly needs a complete renovation.

Good Points: Staff very helpful, Booked in over 2 hrs early, was no problem even though normal booking in time is 14:00hrs & at no extra cost! Brilliant.
Bad Points: Shower curtain a bit too short, water on the floor, other than that nothing you can really call bad.
General review: Excellent,quiet,tidy & great value for money.
