I notice that you still only have one review available to the public that is 5 years old, and that you still will not put bad reviews on your sight.
I have let many people know this fact and hope that you realise that this is actually misrepresentation at it's worst.
Many of us now know never to book a holiday through yourselves as one would never get a fair picture.

I stayed in one of the apartments on the way to North Wales. The welcome was very friendly and the apartment had been refurbished to a high standard. There was plenty of space for my two children and I to spread out and although it was only a continental breakfast there was plenty of it including pancakes which went down well with the children.
