Good Points: Genuine warm welcome on arrival. Clean and comfortable room and bed. River view as requested at time of booking. Value for money. All staff in hotel and restaurant both friendly and professional. Excellent food and service. Bad Points: unable to think of any.... General review: All aspects of our stay were excellent. Room; clean and comfortable. In the bar and restaurant, service was excellent, and the quality of the food was of the highest standard and great value. Without exception, all staff seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and were both friendly and professional. I hesitate to make my review too flattering in case you become too full to be able to accomodate us on our next visit!

Good Points: The restaurant was very good. Bad Points: The room was shabby, at the front of the hotel so therefore very noisy General review: Friendly staff. Good food, both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Shabby room, with no ventilation, and plenty of noise from the very busy A road.
