I was on the phone for a total of 20mins calling to book a taxi with Manchester cars, a taxi company I frequently use. I finally got hold of the switchboard operator and I got the rudest shock of my entire life from someone running supposed to be the front line staff of the business. The attendant a male on duty at 23.21pm on Sunday the 20th of september 2009 was so arrogant when I asked him about the late response he got so furious, and he angrily shouted that he was the only person on duty just before he hung-up the phone. He failed to apologise about my concerns and he outrightly refused to take my booking. He just hung-up. I have noticed that the services provided by this company cover a very large if not all of manchester, and this makes this company a favorite of choice of mine. The drivers are always very polite however on several occasions, for over a year now I have noticed the unbeliveable rudeness of the booking operator. Stakeholders of this company and prospective passengers watch out!!!

This probably the most professional taxi service in Manchester. On time, clean and polite and most of all the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone who likes a relaible service with a smile. Well done Manchester Cars. Youve hit the nail on the head. Manchester was in need of such a service.
