I only stayed for 1 night, but I was really impressed. The bedroom was lovely, and I had a wonderful view of the rear garden, which I have to say is like a show garden. Beautifully kept, with 2 enormous areas of decking - one on each side of the garden and a pond with a fountain. On each decking there were quite a number of good quality wooden seats, recliners, tables and "ornate" seats for 3 people. The breakfast room is split level with a spiral staircase down into the lower level of the breakfast room. This was actually under a very very large conservatory which towered above me when I was seated by the staircase on the upper level. The selection for breakfast was all that you could wish for with quite a few combinations including smoked salmon. The buffet table for cold items was very adequately provided for, and once you had finished that they took your order for the hot breakfast. If I sound impressed, then yes I was and would recommend this lovely Guest House and very friendly proprietors to anyone.
