This AA 3* hotel proved to be absolutely fantastic value for money. The staff were wonderful; cheerful and friendly and the food was very good. We had 3 courses from the Table D'hote for £9.95 which was a pleasant surprise after paying £4.00 for a bowl of soup in The Lakes. We had a lovely room, The Lindale Suite, I believe, complete with four poster and beautiful views over the bay. The hotel is a little tarnished but spotlessly clean with lots of nice touches and well worth visiting. I think it may be difficult to keep a hotel of this standard going as Morecambe is undergoing great change but it is certainly worth a visit and we will most definitely return.
