Havin stayed at every other hotel in the town whilst here on business, I have now found the best. This hotel offers very good value for money and is comfortable and extremely friendly. The hotel has a truly family run feel to it and in my experience the owners and staff are very accommodating. The food is good and the menus change daily. The rooms are quite variable in size but all have good facilities and most importantly the Wi-Fi works all over the hotel. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and, whilst there is no such thing as the perfect hotel, this one makes a good attempt!

We have visited this hotel on several occasions for meals and always found the staff and management very helpful. My mother is in a wheelchair and they have always excelled themselves to make us as comfortable as possible. The food has always been to an excellent standard.

Absolute disgrace that this hotel should receive such a high rating. Rude and unhelpful staff especially the management. Can not say anything good. Stayed in this establishment for almost 9 weeks and I must say only for it was already paid for by my employers i would have fleed the place after 3 days. Very expensive for a very basic hotel. You would think a long staying customer would be treated as well as possible however you'd be mistaking. Once asked for a laundry to be done only to be refused until after the weekend as they were too busy only to find out later that it was the quietest weekend in the hotel for a while!!! The 1st 7 weeks I was there I never got so much as even a "hello" or "is everything ok" from the man of the house which I found odd but from speaking to other guests during my stay I wasn't the only one. Would not recommend anyone staying here. Avoid at all costs.
