Very unfriendly hosts. We were snapped at upon arrival as it was 8pm. Mr Smith was extremely rude and abrupt. He had our mobile telephone number but had failed to call us if indeed he had expected us earlier. I suspect he had hoped that we did not turn up so that he could charge us a full rate without having the work??? We were asked to arrive at 8:30am for breakfast, our order was taken the night before so we were hopeful that it would speed the process up, we could then get out and enjoy a full day. Sadly we sat for 30mins before breakfast arrived. We were also served sub standard plain pork sausages which were definitely NOT 'spicy cumberland sausages' as stated on the menu. We would also question their 'we use fair trade where possible' statement. Cheap yes, friendly and comfortable no.
