have visited this pub several times since finding it in 2008. Had lunch on Christmas Day, excellent. the food is delicious and nicely served and the staff are pleasant and helpful and welcoming without being OTT.
Thoroughly recommend the place but make sure you know opening times before visiting. it is not open all day.

interesting menu a mix of traditional and modern cooking . food came quite quick . staff warm and friendly.
Food a reasonable price .

Menu has good selection of "British" food, which is ordered at the bar. Quick, efficient service. Large portions.
