Good Points: Freindly hotel, good location, bathrooms clean. Bad Points: finding someone elses discarded underwear under the bed...yuk!!! General review: generally good, and the staff were freindly and helpful.

Being in the Golf business, the three of us wanted a quiet break for a few days before The Open started at Carnoustie! We picked a lovely spot with this Hotel, Colin and his excellent and friendly staff did all possible to make our stay a joy, sorry to leave, many thanks Colin, Trevor, Val and young Gary.

We had the nicest stay of our two weeks in the UK the The Scot House. Paul, Helen and Colan went out of their way to make my husband, seven month old baby and I feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were immaculate, cozy and well appointed, the food wonderful, the staff gracious. We will tell all our friends! We enjoyed it very much.
