Good Points: Friendly helpful staff, well appointed hotel, great beds!! Bad Points: In the Club Restaurant (upstairs), the food quality was excellent, but even though I appreciate that it was fine dining the portions were a little disappointing, the service was slow (25 mins for cheese and biscuits), the room itself was very cold in the evening and the menu choice was small (two choices each course) with no vegetarian options. General review: Generally cannot fault the hotel. If we return to Jersey which is likely,I would be happy to stay here again. I would try Bohemia (if we could get booked in) but unfortunately we wouldn't dine at the club restaurant again.

Good Points: good turn down service, bottled water particularly welcomed, as were the shortbread biscuits. lots of fresh towels and face cloths etc. liked the 'hidden' tea making service. Bad Points: bed not big enough for 2 largish mature people! General review: enjoyed it very much - would give the hotel 5 stars

the staff at the club is remarkable. every one in every station was competent and friendly. the space is beautifully decorated with a feeling of relaxed luxury. the rooms are great and so is the shortbread. the food, superb. we have no complaints except our stay was not nearly long enough.

beautiful hotel staff very friendly and helpfull, clean and spotless. BUT meal in bohemia resturant was nicely presented but the ambiance was very poor sat in resturant next to the bar full of very loud smoking customers all for £100 bargain 'not'. would not recommend this resturant for romantic dinners or special occasions this did spoil my dinner had brillant meal down the road called rosville cuisane candles soft music the works and only half the price 'priceless' room spotless comfy but view towards three brick walls looking down onto the resturant poor also maid noisey in the mornings apart from all that enjoyed my stay in jersey and we will be back but not at the club hotel

Booked the hotel online having read an article in the telegraph. And we were not disapointed. This is one of the best hotels i have ever been to, from the welcome tour with champange through to the spa, which is amazing, the staff are friendly and the food in Bohemia restaurant is fantadstic well worth thier michelin star. We will go back in the new year for longer, this was our first visit to Jersey and we loved it.
