My first visit to the "Queens Head" at Bretford, warks turned out to be a nightmare. I am disabled and have to rely heavily on two walking sticks. When I booked a table for two I specifically asked for a table in an out of the way spot owing to my unsteadiness, I requested a bench seat, I was told that this was not a problem, the young lady I spoke to was very helpful. However when I tuned up for my dinner with my wife I was taken to a table in the middle of the dining room where the waitresses and diners were brushing past me all the time. I had nowhere to put my walking sticks, I had to lay them across my lap, nost discomfortable. I have no complaints over the meal, it was lovely, but as a customer relations exercise, it was a disaster
