FANTASTIC! We went to the Plough for an evening meal and what a meal it was. The portions were HUGE, piping hot and cooked to perfection. Service was quick. The landlady was very attentive and chatty, which made our evening even more enjoyable. I would, and have, recommended this lovely country pub to all my friends. Definately worth a visit!

We were recomended this pub by the local campsite and what a good job he did. Although the lanlord had only just moved in, we were treated to a fantastic meal. my wife had Chicken Kiev which looked home made and could not be faulted, and I was lucky enough to order the steak & mushroom pudding, side order of veg was cooked to perfection and the steak was as tender as it should be total bill £17 brilliant !!

On entering this charming country pub I was greeted by a group of local residents, a gardener,a local farmer,a second hand car sales executive and a cabinet maker, all very nice friendly people, the beer is most enjoyable and the food is out of this world ! I intend to visit again soon. . .
