Bad food, bad atmosphere and very bad management. Food I could forgive (after all, they do not claim to be a gastro pub and they are dirt cheap), but management - is something which should have certain standards, and this place does not. Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone.

What a differance a new manager has made we visited this pub around a year ago and found it full of what i would call yobs but was talking to a freind at work who said he and his wife had had a meal and said it was very good.We decided to give it a try well folks what a change the staff are just so polite food is super and its clean and very tidy the kids loved the garden .My wife and i would like to say well done Doreen and staff and a big thank you to Greene king for finding a manager who cares about the kings arms keep up the fantastic work and please please Greene king find more managers like Doreen and her staff for some of your other hungry horses
