I arranged to get ready at this hotel on the morning of my wedding. The hotel was almost exclusively booked out to the wedding party for that night. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful.
Hotel has no parking and there is limited access to the front of the hotel. Despite assurances that the staff would open up the barriers for my wedding cars they refused to do so, making me 30 minutes late for my own wedding!
I have never stayed in an establishment with such rude staff, it is a wonder this hotel is still going!!!! You'd be better off staying at the Mandalay
