Excellent hotel. Lovely staff, nice rooms and pleasant bar and restaurant area. We had a really good time. Thanks to everyone at the hotel!

The South Lodge is a beautiful hotel which is why so many of our guests were keen to stay there. I will have to say sorry to the staff there for being such a bother and thank you again for all your help. We really enjoyed our stay before the wedding day with all the preparations before hand as this is such a lovely hotel to get ready in and for everybody to stay the night after wedding as well. All our guests were extremely pleased and compliment us for the hotel choice. It was so nice to be looked after on my special day. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning where we met all our guests and family. Thank you again to all the staff. My wedding was a success!

Very nice hotel. Breakfast included in the price £80.00 for a Standard double for 2 people. The staff there is amazing, so helpful and so nice.
The food in the restaurant - just superb - 3 couese meal for £15.00 - the duck was really good.
We've loved it! We will stay there next time as well.

Bad Points: hair on the hairdryer that hadn't been cleaned off and on the ironing board. tiles in bathroom loose
General review: Fair but think that for a charge of £85.00 per night continental breakfast should be included
