Good Points: Lovely welcome, helpful receptionist
Bad Points: Not bad, but not as good as reception was the breakfast arrangement. No one actually spoke to me, and it wasnt until I had workded out how to help my self and finished my breakfast that I went and asked whether they wanted me to sign anything!
General review: Clean, warm and reception was welcoming

Bad Points: room not cleaned properly. Food in evening was dreadful ,starter forgotten and food not cooked properly ,attitude when complained , chef heard to tell us to piss off, was not helpful at all.
General review: would not stay here again

Good Points: Staff where very good and only willing to help with problems.
Bad Points: First room was dirty and smelling of smoke with cigarette ash on window cill. The general cleanliness of the rooms was poor. Room noise was high from traffic. On second day ran out of full breakfast.

Bad Points: hotel is tired and somewhat dated
General Review: Got quoted corporate rates on the phone that were 40% higher than those available on line! Booked a no smoking room got a smoking room that hadn't been cleaned. Staff promptly made a clean??? no smoking room available. No attention to detail. Breakfast would have been good except for the lack of attention to detail once again.

Good Points: Very friendly and helpfull staff, lovely food, lovely room, and close to the Black country museum
Bad Points: nothing!!
General Review: I had a wonderful two night stay at this beautiful hotel, I booked it because it had good reviews, and was close to Tipton railway station, and was close to the Black country museum, the price was competetive too.

General Review: I'm a person that if something isn't to my standard I will raise an issue about it but, had no complaints at all. Overall good room, decent size working facilities and reasonable clean! Just what i wanted.
