Looks good on website, in reality dirty shabby overpriced. Stayed in zen room noisy all night. dirty carpets needs a total refurb nothing boutique about this hotel at all.Thank god they did not do breakfast. no power point for electric shaver.could not afford a holiday abroad this year like so many people.so decided to get away for a night in one of our favourite places brighton. you know when you,ve been ripped off snd nobody cares about standards anymore just money.
