Lovely Hotel, easy to find and it is in a great position near the shops & bars, Our room was very spacious & clean & nicely decorated (no complaints). The staff were very friendly and helpful, the down side to the hotel was the leisure facilities! the pool was small and freezing cold, we did mention this to the reception staff and were told that they would heat it up (alittle too late for us to re-use it unfortunatly), both the sauna and the jacuzzi were also not working, although it was quite nice just to sit in the jacuzzi too get warm after coming out of the pool.. We had dinner in the restaurant and although the food was of very high standard it was an extremley small amount, i ordered the mushroom risotto and i honestly thought they had brought me a starter rather than a main course.. At breakfast the staff didnt appear to be as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff and my partner had the full cooked breakfast but only rated it as a 6 out of 10.. Overall we had a great weekend as one of the bar staff recommended a pub for us to try on Sat night of which had live music on and it really was a fantastic night..

My partner took me away for 'Passion at The Park House' - a romantic package! It was wonderful! We enjoyed champagne and canapes upon arrival in our room which was decorated with rose petals, and included in the price was a cocktail, dinner, and breakfast in bed. We took full advantage of everything including the swimming pool and will definately be back for our anniversary next year! Top class!
