Good Points: Clean and comfortable
Bad Points: Room to small
General review: Apart from the size of the room the stay was good. However I did have a very large sports bag which didn't help. Staff polite and very helpful. Offered to take my heavy sports bag upstairs with no problem. Breakfast ample. Wonderful idea to give guests detail street map which made exploring a doddle. The folder of places to eat was also very helpful

Good Points: Very clean, tidy with friendly staff. Overall a comfortable, homely, friendly small B & B.
Bad Points: Needed to have more parking.

Good Points: It was all very clean and everything was in good working order.
Bad Points: nothing
General Review: This was truely a great place to stay, we enjoyed the time spent there, everyone was really friendly and welcoming and the facilities where great. I deffinately would stay there again is deffinately good value for money.

Good Points: VERY CLEAN AND GARDENS WELL MAINTAINED AND A GOOD CHOICE FOR BREAKFAST
Bad Points: THE DOUBLE BED WAS LUMPY AND NOISEY AND THE SHOWER DOOR CREEKED!
General Review: GOOD HOTEL. EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH FRONT AND TO THE RAILWAY STATION WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT TO ANY COUPLE, NOT QUITE SUITABLE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN
