Tired, shabby, worn out & NOTHING like a real boutique hotel. Staff were rude, especially the manager who refuses to accept the reputation of this place is plummeting like a grand piano from the Empire State building. The furnishings & decor are like something from a Blackpool B&B Food was served cold & unavailable if you arrive later than seven in the evening (because they'd need de-frosting we were told!!!) Seriously consider a different hotel or risk being sorely disappointed.

we stayed in room 14 a nice room but spoiled by a big stain on the carpet and a burn on the curtain the evening meal is overpriced and the breakfast is poor undercooked try the chinese jade opposite the cinema £8.50 for a 4 course meal till 7pm we still had a nice time try and get a deal for hotel it is overpriced if you are caught smoking outside the hotel or on your patio you will be shot at dawn ps i dont smoke on checkout i told the happy soul on the desk about the room he said the carpet cleaner was coming that very morning i knew he was not telling the truth because his lips were moving looking forward to next visit

The room was nice and clean and enjoyed the spa bath . However, did not know beforehand that hotel was on a main road and our room was particularly noisy. I would say it is also over-priced.

Appalling customer service. Over priced and not value for money!

Hotel is lovely for a special treat as feel is a little over priced on weekends. Stayed in the Contempory Suite, windows in the bathroom where painted shut!! The spa bath was lovely. Breakfast buffet was nice. Evening meal i felt was over priced. If you can get a last minute discount rate it is worth it, wouldn't pay full price.
