as this pub has been improved , it is a great place to eat and have a decent night out the atmosphere is great and the staff are friendly, you can bring the kids and they would have a good time in the garden where there is a play area. i enjoyed this pub alot and i think other will do too. try it out!!!

This is a little country pub on the main Heywood to Manchester Rd. The pub suffers from a lack of suitable ventilation and you leave reeking of cigarettes, that's after spending most of you time wafting other peoples smoke away. It is also very expensive, a pint of Boddies is £2-10, the pub half a mile away sells Boddies at £1-55. Could do better, has been better.
