Without doubt the best pub in Canterbury: all else was either Fake Olde Tyme or Harry Potter hooey. The landlord's friends gave him--and he posted--an unfavorable review from the web. What is not to like about that. Also..although I never met the worthy...he is said to hate children. Perfect. A grown up place to have good ale and fine pub food without silly foccaia and the idiotic like
