Beware, hotel is 2 star and rightly so. Rooms are very basic and dirty. I changed rooms 3 times due to size and damp. Even the "Honeymoon Suite" had damp and peeling wallpaper. There was plenty of dust in the telephone and in the bathroom. Also on a very busy road. My bed shook evertime a lory went past. On the possitive side the food was ok.

|´ °´?y staff, clean and comfortable room. Tasty food in the restaurant. Satellite television.",Only one thing. The television reception was poor. All the channels kept losing their signal intermittently.,"At ¬£65 per room in the London area, I was slightly wary about the quality.. However I need not have worried. From the exterior onwards, I felt totally comfortable about my experience. The reception staff were friendly and I have had my fair share of surly hotel staff. The room and bathroom were compact and clean without being too small. There were plenty of complimentary services including tea/coffee, biscuits and water. The restaurant was well laid out and the food that I had was very nice, whilst not being overly expensive. Overall, the stay was very good value for money and I will definitely book again if I am staying in the area.

"Staff very helpful, welcoming, and take care to check that all is ok",Room was on ground floor; noise of ladies toilet door shutting;general noise highish on ground floor,"I have stayed here overthe past year on and off, so I know hotel has been refurbished to a good standard. It is close to the Thames, which is acccessible at several nearby points- nice for a stroll. If you need a lift, check with hotel- I have not seen one. Road outside is moderately busy, but noise is not noticeable. Most rooms seem to be good sized; however showers rather than baths appear to be the rule. Restaurant food is very well cooked, with fair range of choice. No internet access in rooms, as far as I know."

"Room very small. No hot water, jammed cold faucet and after repairs no cold only hot from both faucets.",Staff excellent. Previously stayed in family room which had no problems. Would suggest providing instructions on control of heating in rooms - on first visit was unable to sleep as room was so cold. On second visit adjusted radiators but would have found it useful if had been pointed out.
