The Store is big and well stocked. the staff are pleaseant, though somewhat rushed after 5pm. The Car Park is another matter. Dirty and subject to agressive parking wardens who will ticket you for parking across a line or even sticking out too far into the road, "at the inconveniance to other customers". The fine for both these offences is £70. What a rip off! the Warden has an bonus incentive to ticket more and says Tesco get 25% of all fines. Every little helps Tesco's profits I see.

Thank you M.Allen for sharing your parking upset at Tesco Longton.I too suffered a similar experience and equally was left dreadfully upset...However I am determined that the cowboys who operate this dreadful carparking scam at this store should be taught some customer care skills before they are allowed to operate. But please note that if you shop at tesco Meir Park you will not be subjected to such bad human treatment or rogue car parking attendants

i dropped my partner an children off 2 go shopping at your place an i nipped to the petrol stn when i cum back 4 them i parked in the parents bay an went in 2 help her with the children an shopping an cum out 2 a 70 pound parking fine thanks tesco we spend 150+ a week in your place no more tho going else where do u get club card points when u pay it one big joke thanks 4 the fine

Good Points: easy access to the center and transport
Bad Points: Bad value for money. smelly and noisy early in the morning as they are emptying the bins.
General review: too espensive for what is in the offer. need to be refreshed and up-dated especially for the price they are asking for.
