Better late then never on our many visits to Sheering as a lot of my wife's
family live in and around Sheering, on
Mothering Sunday this year 2013 6 of us
had a meal at the Crown inn the meal was fine but the service charge was way over the TOP & I was charged for the use of my(debit ) card??? no one gets charged on a debit card as it is guaranteed to pay, we should have known the restaurant was empty so this W/End
9/11/13 it was all down to the Cock
in Sheering good food and no over pricing lost count of the numbers who turned up but thy did say thy do not
go to the Crown which is sad as it was my wife's family's regular so it's the cock for our food & drink meet up's

Food was good and Josh( I think that is the chefs name) excellent. Thats about it, the staff got the order wrong no apology at all, and the landlord/waitress and rest of the staff were unbelievably rude with no people skills at all. Would never go back as their attitude ruined our evening. The Cock is just uo the road with good food too I suggest you go there.
