Very overpriced and noisy. The rooms are basic and badly in need of redecoration. The plumbing is in need of an overhaul (more water coming from the shower pipes than the head). The TV was a virtual (ridiculously small) antique. The ambiance of the restaurant is marginally above a works canteen and would benefit from fewer tables and the use of Table Linen.

i just popped in to your shop to get some items that i had forgot the day before. Myself and my daughter parked at the rear of your shop. When we returned 5 minutes later we noticed that i had recieved a parking ticket i asked the traffic warden what it was for he told me i was parked in a hatched area and that there are clear instuctions at either end of the car park. i first looked at my car and saw to my absoulte amazement that i had just parked in the wrong area by a few inches i then tried looking for the instructions i eventually saw some about 12 feet high and right where you would leave the car park to go to your shop i think it was the same the other end but it was too dark to see to top of your car park. To top it all i noticed that the traffic wardens car was also clipping the hatched area. The other annoying part to my serious crime was that the traffic warden watched me park and leave my car with my daughter he could have so easily told me what i was doing and i would of gladly moved my car it was so dark in the car park i had not noticed. The car park had only a few cars in it. My jar of mustard is going to cost me £75.

Good Points: The rooms were large and well laid out. Bad Points: Nothing General Review: I have never stayed in a hotel where I was made more welcome. The staff were friendly and very informative about the area. The food was excellent. Would recommend this hotel to our friends.
