Take the average Friday night. London Pride is often unavailable after 8 pm. They run out of clean glasses while the tables can be crowded with dirty ones.
The bar staff have little idea who is next. Thinking you are about to be served can be a complete waste of time. Instead, bar staff often just walk away and do something else instead.
What once was a decent pub is rapidly turning into an old dog. Appears to be rudderless.
