A very clean warm and comfortable Hotel which is well run. Good value for money. We originally booked the Astor Hotel across the road which turned out to be cold and dingy,they tried to tell us there was a problem with the heating but we knew they were trying to save money! Go to the Grosvenor its lovely.

Good Points: Staff were all very friendly, rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable.
Bad Points: Perhaps a little more choice at breakfast i.e. boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, kedgeree but I am sure that if you asked they would have been able to provide.
General review: Good - will book again
