United taxis is the worst taxi firm i have ever used! We booked a minibus to newcastle for 8 people and were quoted £120, which worked out at £15 each, which to begin with is quite steep! The taxi turned up 10 mins early and then had the cheek to charge us for waiting time, he then suggested we went to a petrol station to get money to pay him and also charged us for that! On the way home, he was late and charged everyone £2 each to be dropped off at their house.. this is daylight robbery and a disgrace!! The taxi driver was called Tony.All 8 of us are shocked and very upset to have been ripped off.. we will never go anywhere with united taxis again!
