Hotel looks lovely from the outside & even better inside, is such a lovely hotel.
My big mistake was booking on the internet through the hotel in Glasgow, they don't e-mail you back & when they do i was told i only had 2 rooms when i booked 3, i then rang the hotel to be told i only had 1 room booked. Asked to speak to the manager who said i did have the 3 rooms booked i had asked for?!? Was worried on arrival that the rooms wouldn't be correct but
were. The hotel really needs to sort out the reservation department, other than that a lovely stay & a lovely champange bar
