I visited the Burnage store this evening. I went specifically to buy Pomegrate,a pomeganate drink costing £3.26 a carton.I usually buy 4. I passed the Handforth Dean store and the Didsbury store because I have always found it in the Burnage Store or someone has been kind enough to go and get it for me. Tonight no'one could be bothered! After speaking to a very pleasant young man who was marking things down but took the time to tell me where the Nesquik was, I went off to fruitlessly find someone else who could possibly go and look for some in the stores which has happened before. I am disgusted with the service I received. Instead of the helpful, kind people I was sent from till(where the girl was only interested in going home) to the Customer services where I got lacklustre "it must be on the truck and that'S really big." I came out of there with steam coming out of my ears and I will look for another source of this product. Obviously Tesco does not need my custom.
