Well, the food is freshly cooked and good but the gentleman who works here is not gentle at all and is rude to customers !!

This was our most unpleasant experience, when approached by an elderly man to take our order we were greeted very offensivley because we had not seen a handwritten sign on the front door that apparently stated 'food must be ordered with drinks'. This man was aggresive to my partner and I and my young children. His attitude was dismissive and uncaring whether we wished to stay in the cafe or not. Within the previous few minutes of his approach to ourselves, he had already given a similar warm welcome to another family who had dared come in the cafe with a pushchair. They again were met with an aggresive and totally offensive manner that was not deserved. Needless to say they did not say and neither did we. Our special day out to Tetbury was completely overshadowed by this experience and I would recommend anyone who wished to use this cafe, think twice and choose another establishment. This cafe does not deserve the business it entertains at present.
