When Tesco first opened in H'mere, the staff were friendly and courteous. As time goes on they have become les and less so. Today, when I asked for rice milk (the shelf was empty), the first person sked me to 'bear with her' then disappeared, the second person told me that I should enquire at the customer service desk. Why should I have to queue up there whilst in the middle of doing my shopping? On top of that, some cheese that I paid for,is missing from my shopping, and I was not happy with the way my food items were 'thrown' along the conveyor belt by the cashier. No doubt all the staff will soon be wearing silly Father Christmas hats and pretending to be jolly, I for one, will not be fooled.
