As a birthday present a friend took me for lunch at the Treacle Mine- Grays. We had been there before yesterday and loved it especially the fish and chips.
However, yesterday the food was good but the dessert was from a microwave pack.
The worse of all was the service the staff forgot how to deal with customers seemed to us that they wee doing us a favor.
As you very well know the staff attitude can make or break a business and in this particular case we will not go back there and will not recommend to friends.
Hope you either change the staff or train them on how to deal with customers.
