Good Points: Good service, kind staff, good breakfast selection, good facilities, good portion sizes of food
Bad Points: Trouser flattener not working properly
General review: A good value for money hotel situated in a very convenient place

Good Points: Convenient to Underground and Albert Hall
Were able to leave luggage at Hotel all day
General review: Only at Hotel for 1 night. If we had been staying longer we would have preferred a bigger room, but it was adequate for our use for 1 night
