I would like to know why you are no longer selling free range chicken. Although I have shopped here for over 10 years, I will switch to Sainsburies if you are not going to sell it.

As the store is advertised as 24 hours, I frequently shop there early in the morning about 6.30am. When reaching the till with a full trolley at about 6.55am. I was surprised to be told after asking twice that the "tills are shut". No explanation, the staff in question just walked off. I decided to ask someone else, this lady member of staff was extremely helpful and offered to help me zap my trolley load at the self service while I packed. She explained that the tills shut at 11pm until 7am. I was very greatful for the help i received from this member of staff and wished I had her name to pass on to her management. In future though I will think twice before shopping at your stores if you cannot offer a full service to customers, ie: a helpful member of staff at a proper till. Self service is fine for a basket of goods, but if you are open as a '24 hour store' then you should have facilities for all shoppers.
