General review: Excellent hotel, have stayed many times both leisure and business and will be staying again in the near future. Would recommend it. Service is excellent and staff are friendly and accommodating yet professional.

Good Points: Staff were excellent, cooked breakfast brilliant (I stay in hotels at least 2 days a week so am getting to be quite an expert!). Dinner pretty good.
Bad Points: We booked three rooms, ans in all three had problems with the shower. You set your temperature, but within minutes (when another room turned on their shower??) you were in danger of being scalded (dangerously do) or freezing. I was lucky, I got the cold water. One of my friends burnt her foot.

Good Points: Well equipped room
General review: My reservation was not found on the hotels computer system so there was a problem with checking in. This was sorted eventually but not a good start to my stay. Disappointed!

i found the hotel rather clean but staff were not friendly and helpful. food was not to a high standard

Good Points: Food was excellent. Room was good for our purpose Nearness to our relatives home On the main route to Walsall Price was fair - in line with other offers.

"clean, comfortable, and the staff extremely friendly, and helpful.","tea and coffee making facilities,excelent idea, not seen in Europe.","If I had known a hair dryer was supplied, would have saved space in my case. otherwise excelent."
