We are regular users of this pub for the deal meals etc... On my visit today the pub was quiet about 6-10 people and we were the 2nd visitors to order food. On ordering the gentleman couldn't be bothered to be honest no ice in drinks and no smiles, generally poor customer service. Payed at 11.58 as per till reciept. got to half past 12 still no food. I went to ask how much longer. the server sighed and walked away, moaned that the 1st peoples order is not even out yet as the kitchen staff could not find the food!!!!! He stated should not be much longer (didn't offer refills of drinks nothing and again it wasn't even busy) 15 more minutes passed we went and asked for a refund to the answer of it will be 2 mins explained we had to be somewhere by half one. He proceded to walk away and even apolgise to get the book thing i had to fill in. How rude we just got the meal price back and they charged us for the drink, and shouldn't have the refund been back on to my debit card and not cash. Not a happy person. It takes one bad experience to cause a loss in your profits!!!
