The hotel organised an 80th birday party for my dad. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the family event for about 100 people went very well. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The hot and cold buffet was good. The DJ was ok but we could have done with a few waltzes or something for the older guests. It was an 80th birthday after all. The hotel has recently had new management(Michelle and Ben) and they are doing a remarkable job bringing the place back up after some neglect. The setting and the ambience of the hotel is wonderful.
