Good Points: Excellent front desk and restaurant service. Bad Points: TV in room did not work on arrival, hence had to be moved to another room.

Good Points: Staff were superb and could not have ben more helpful; this made it much easier to ensure our 8 month old daughter was happy. If staying in this area again I would not hesitate to use this hotel. Recommended. Bad Points: In our room there was no stand up shower facility, but the bathroom was spotless and met our needs. General review: Great hotel, staff excellent, dining was very good.

Good Points: the room was what we expected. The facilities were fine. The service at dinner and breakfast was excellent Bad Points: having to leave the next day! General review: An excellent hotel which came up to the expectations we hoped for from the internet information. The food and service surpassed our expectations. The service was very good and the food was delicious. Yes, we will come again! We are long term users of hotels for weekend and holiday breaks. We recently went to a five star hotel in London. it was aweful and we we given our money back. We wished we had come here!We shall do so next New years Eve!
