Good Points: The staff were friendly and the pool looked lovely Bad Points: The room is very small and dated, wood panelling and the radio fixed to the headboard looked like it was from the 1970's. The bathroom was clean but the ceiling paper was peeling away either from a past leak or damp. Glad only stayed for one night General review: You get what you pay for.

Good Points: Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast good. Quiet setting. Bad Points: Room could have done with updating, the decor was oldfashioned and it was quite small. General review: We were generally happy with our choice of accommodation. The room needed updating in decoration but was clean and had everything we required for our one night stay. The setting was quiet and the atmosphere pleasant.

Bad Points: thought the room was very small, barely enough room to walk around the bed

Just wanted to mention the rubbish receptionist who was ice cold on my arrival, talked to her collegaues whilst serving me like I wasn't even there and was as completely unhelpful as posible. Room was out of date, ensuite was laughable but it was at least clean and the leisure facilites and pool were by far the best feature of the hotel. If you like sport then the previous comments don't matter as much.
